Warning: if you injure your fellow student(s) then you will fail. The grade is about being professional, having discipline and using control - without these attributes you cannot teach
others.

Student to demonstrate their knowledge of the Yellow and Orange Belt syllabuses. This will be done as part of the grading at the same time as the Yellow and Orange belt students. The purpose of this is to ensure the student stays refreshed with skills previously acquired.

Breakfalls
Handstand, double back, straight over double back, straight over sides left and right

Ground Techniques
Armbar from the mounted
Armbar from the guard
Triangle choke from the guard
Upkick from guard
Guard to Mounted by rolling
Guard to Mounted by sweeping
From full mount transition to side control, north south, side control, knee on stomach, back to full mount, showing good fluid movements

Standing Techniques:
Demonstration of pain grabs to body
A: throat
B: vocal notch
C: armpit
D: shoulder
Uppercut to Stomach
Neck lock using opponent as a human shield whilst observing surroundings using pain compliance

Throws
Sweeping hip throw.
Spring hip throw.
From the clinch Inner hock throw.
From a straight punch outer hock throw.
Tai toshi
Stamp hip throw.
Crab claw scissors take down.
Front scissors take down finished with a knee lock.
Shoots
a) Double leg
b) Single leg
c) Sweeping the leg

Random attacks & semi contact bouts
The student will defend from 9 random attacks, as directed by the Chief Instructor. The student must demonstrate control and discipline at all times.
 

Optional 1x 3min semi contact contests against instructors or equal graded students, the student will wear a full head guard and grappling mitts (Please remember if you injure an instructor or student you will fail).
